How do I print student progress reports?

Updated 3 months ago by Rhonda McNamara

Step 1: Click "Reports" on your teacher dashboard.

Step 2: Click "View Report" under "Progress Report."

Step 3: Filter what data you need to be in the report. Then click "Run Report."

Step 4: Select the "Student Dot Rank" tab and then click "Print."

Step 5: Select to print the Progress Report by class or student. Each student report shall be printed separately. The file can also be exported to PDF by selecting 'Print'.

Once you have selected the students you need to print a Progress Report for, click "Print."

Step 6: Click "Print" or click "More Settings" to view in a PDF format.

When a teacher prints a student's progress report, they can go into the instructional resources and print a worksheet that corresponds to the student's weak area(s) and staple it to the progress report, sending that packet home. This is an easy way to involve parents in prepping for the test at the end of the year.
