How do school administrators lock Premium Assessments?
In Progress Learning, administrators can lock Premium Assessments. When a premium assessment is locked, teachers are unable to assign it to students until an admin unlocks it.
- Click on School Settings from the left side menu and select Content Management.
- From the Premium Assessments tab Assessment Settings tab, you have two options:
- Allow Teacher to View Detailed Results- If this setting is enabled, teachers will have full access to results reporting (including the item analysis). If disabled, teachers will see the overall grade for the assessment in the Gradebook but have no access to other details.
- Allow Teachers to Preview Content- If this setting is enabled, teh teachers will have access to preview assessment content. If disabled, teachers will not have access to preview or view the assessment or the item analysis, but still be able to view other results when enabled in the detailed results setting.
- From the Manage Assessment Availability tab allows you to lock or unlock any premium assessments for teachers in your school. An optional availability window is included, should you choose to manage by date range. When disabled, teachers will still see that the assessment exists, but only have the visibility based on your settings in the Assessment Settings tab.
Only School Adiminstrators can lock Assessments. Teachers are only able to lock Assignments that they have assigned.
