How to Update ClassLink Roster Server Sharing Rules to Align Progress Learning Enrollments Across District Programs

If students and teachers are enrolled in classes for district programs within the Roster Server, those classes and users must also be shared to each relevant program or site for Progress Learning.

  1. To align enrollments at the user level, in addition to the class level, you can follow the steps in this ClassLink Help Article that will walk you through adding app-specific sharing rules within the Roster Server.
  2. Once you've successfully updated the sharing rules, please save the changes.
  3. Progress Learning runs a daily RosterSync each morning at 7 AM. To update rosters mid-day, please contact support@progresslearning.com to request a manual sync outside the scheduled time.
