How can I use Progress Learning in a PLC meeting?
We have powerful tools, specific reports, and specialized professional development sessions designed to directly support and enhance Professional Learning Community (PLC) meetings
The Performance Report
- What it is: A comprehensive data visualization tool that provides real-time insights into student performance at the domain and granular "Standard" levels over time.
- How it helps in PLCs: It offers a wealth of actionable information to help educators make informed decisions about student placement and collaborate on creating targeted instructional goals andividual student results can also be populated directly by clicking the caret beside each standard. The Performance Report allows you to view student performance trends and key metrics by subject, domain and standard over a period of time.
The Progress Report
- What it is: See how students are progressing in a specific subject area in real-time with the color-coded dot rank system. The cumulative data is broken down by Standard, and the report can be filtered by class, date range, and by source. View class averages or student averages by navigating between the "Class Dot Rank Tab" and the "Student Dot Rank Tab". Click on a student's name to pull an individual student progress report.
- How it helps in PLCs: The Progress Report allows you to see standards mastery at the classroom level or by individual student. School Administrators also have the benefit of looking at data from a teacher by teacher view. The Progress Report can also aide your team in creating small groups for intervention.
